Refill guarantee
Each tier has a refill window: Standard 30 days, Premium 60 days, Elite 90 days. It starts when the order completes. If your count drops during the window, press Refill on the order and we redeliver the difference at no cost. Refills apply to services that support them, and the order page always says whether yours does.

Automatic refunds
If an order is cancelled or finishes partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically, to the exact cent, and returned to the balance (cash or bonus) you paid with.

Cancel before it starts
Where the service supports it, you can cancel an order before delivery starts and get the full amount back in your wallet.

No passwords, ever
We only need public links. We will never ask for your login. Just keep the account public until delivery completes.
Transparency

We record the start count when delivery begins and log every status change, so a refill or refund is never your word against ours.
