About these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of the Social Engine website and services. Social Engine is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Refill Policy and our Cookie Policy.
You must be at least [Minimum age] years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use the services.
Your account
- You need an account with a valid email address to fund a wallet and place orders.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your orders.
- Tell us promptly at support@socialengine.cc if you think someone else has accessed your account.
The services
We sell social media engagement services, such as followers, likes, views and similar, for supported platforms. Each service is offered in 3 quality tiers (Standard, Premium, Elite). The service page describes what each tier includes. Delivery times shown are typical, not guaranteed.
Placing orders
- Each order needs a public link to the profile, post, video, channel or track you want the service delivered to.
- You are responsible for giving the correct link and for having the right to promote the account or content it points to.
- Orders are paid from your wallet balance at the time you place them.
- Each order has a page showing its status and progress, and whether the service supports refills.
Public links and accounts
We never ask for your social media password, and you should never give it to anyone claiming to work for us. Private accounts and posts cannot receive delivery. You must keep the account or post public until the order completes. If the link is private or wrong when delivery starts, the order may be cancelled and refunded to your wallet.
Wallet, payments and bonus
- You add funds to your wallet by crypto or card through our third-party payment providers.
- Each deposit earns a +30% bonus, credited as bonus balance. Bonus balance is spent first.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn and is never refunded to a card or crypto wallet.
- Wallet cash is for buying services. Apart from cases required by law, refunds go to your wallet, not to your original payment method.
- A chargeback on a deposit claws back the bonus granted on it. If that bonus was already spent, the account is restricted pending review.
Refills, cancellations and refunds
Refill windows, cancellations and refunds for undelivered quantities are covered in detail in the Refund & Refill Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: refill windows are 30 days for Standard, 60 days for Premium, 90 days for Elite, starting when the order completes, on services that support refills; cancellation is possible only where supported and before delivery starts; and undelivered amounts are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Platform risk
Social platforms set their own rules and can remove engagement or take action on accounts at any time. You accept that risk when you order. Refills cover drops inside the refill window. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account or content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Order services for accounts or content you do not have the right to promote.
- Use the services for content that is illegal, or that promotes violence, hate, fraud or the exploitation of anyone.
- Use stolen payment methods, abuse chargebacks, or try to obtain bonus or loyalty rewards through fraud.
- Interfere with the site, bypass bot protection, or access it through automated means we have not allowed.
No affiliation
Social Engine is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Google, X, Threads, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Kick, Telegram, Twitch or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe which services we offer.
Disclaimers and liability
Apart from what these Terms and the Refund & Refill Policy state, the services are provided "as is". We do not promise any particular result, such as reach, sales or account growth beyond the delivered quantity. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and closure
We may restrict or close an account that breaks these Terms, including for fraud or chargeback abuse. You can delete your account at any time. Any remaining wallet balance and its treatment on closure are subject to the wallet rules above and to applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [Venue], unless the consumer laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
